About Our Zumba Classes

So what makes Zumba so popular? First, it's fun. After all, it's dancing. Second, it's different. Zumba is a combination aerobic class and dance party set to Latin music, and is the fastest growing workout craze sweeping the world. It's where you can dance and laugh, let your hair down and have some fun, all while getting a fabulous workout.

It's a great whole body workout - you can burn from 500 to 1000 calories in the hour long class that includes a cardio workout, toning for legs, and arms and especially those core muscles. And, what's so great - Zumba is for all ages and fitness levels because you can set your own pace and dance with as much or as little intensity as you want.

Zumba is different from other aerobic classes because of its freedom. Zumba incorporates elements of dances like salsa, merengue, samba and cumbia. Finally, and most importantly, it's effective. What to Wear

You should wear comfortable clothing or workout gear and a good pair of dance shoes or cross-trainers.
